Since 1991 TLR has provided technical, support, and design services for a range of businesses in both the public and private sectors. These include Internet systems for food standards certification, retail business, membership organisations and a range of services across the rural economy. 

As part of this development and due to increased demand, TLR has focused its work on technical consultancy and launched its everysite division. everysite is the design and implementation service provided by TLR Ltd.
