Developed by the industry, the ACP scheme is designed to assess the ability of chicken producers, transporters and processors to comply with food safety requirements, animal welfare standards and demonstrate due diligence.

Certification to the Assured Chicken Production Standard is now a fundamental requirement of all leading poultry marketing groups, primary processors, further processors and retailers.
