Status Tracking

In addition to the data management services offered to scheme administrators the CASI system provides an extensive range of online checking and status tracking services for authorised industry users.

Online Checkers

Delivered via a CASI scheme website our online checking facilities can provide an important tool for your authorised industry users to access information on the certification of your scheme members. We have available a variety of search and display formats that can be tailored to your requirements. You can choose how users are allowed to search for members and what information they can access. We can provide clear "traffic light" assurance reports that provide clear indications of a member's status. The reports can also include additional information such as a member's business locations, assessment history and historical periods of validity.

Status Tracking

In addition to the standard website based checking services that allow users to search for indvidual members we also provide subscription based tracking. Registered industry users who source from a static supply base or want to track a particular class of scheme member can configure the CASI system to deliver customised reports on all of the members they are interested in. The status tracking facilities can be sold as an additional subscription service directly by everysite or alternatively offered by yourselves via a licence agreement. Some of our clients have chosen to licenced status tracking services for all of the their industry users.

Email Alerts

CASI offers daily email alerting options. Members who have subscribed to our status tracking service can choose to receive a daily email informing them of any change of status of  their tracked records. Scheme managers can also setup whole scheme tracking alerts, that will keep them informed of any status changes across their scheme.

Offline Checking Tools

For users who don't have access to permanent internet connections or would like to hold a local copy of their tracked scheme member's records, we have developed a simple Windows PC program they can install. It downloads a local copy of the latest assurance information and allow users to filter, query or export all the information as a spreadsheet. The offline package is available as an additional subscription to the scheme tracking services or can be licenced by the scheme for distribution to its industry users.

XML Checking Services

The CASI system also provides a subscription web service for authorised third parties to query any of the assurance information held within CASI by the .Net Web Service. We have published an open specification for the use of the web service and have also provided a local .Net installation file and developer notes instructing how to easily integrate live assurance checking facilities into third party IT systems.
